* education from the macro (global) to the micro (farm case studies) level,
* legal obligations,
* adopted at board level, targets set and reported on,
* extension opportunities,
* specialist skills (emissions trading schemes),

* baseline measurements are critical. They need verifying and to not be costly to the farmer.
